Café! The owner, Injoman (pronounced Nyoman) Mutana, is
dedicated to providing good service and good quality Japanese food.
Though he hails from Bali, Indonesia, he has spent years learning how
to prepare Chinese and Japanese cuisines.
In addition to the friendly atmosphere, other features that set this
restaurant apart include excellent quality ingredients, a “to
die for” Delicato Roll, a special mango ingredient (for a
sweet and sour flavor in certain rolls), and an especially popular
Happy Hour with sushi bites priced by the piece. Sake Café
also has an excellent selection of beer, wine and sake.
